In line with living more mindfully this year I’ve been exploring some ideas on navigating life with more grace and ease… to let go of limiting beliefs and behaviours and move into a new perspective.
I have a couple of favourite blogs I like to read who talk about these topics so well, in a way that is so relatable to modern life. These blogs are Zen Habits and Tao of Sophia. The articles that have had the most impact on me are as follows:
Letting go of my preconceived ideas about the way people and the world should be… and in this way letting go of anger and frustration.
Letting go of any negative thoughts before they poison my own mind.
Letting go of trying to work everything out with my mind and surrendering my need to know the outcomes or control the timing …and in this way allowing myself to embrace changes.
