I picked up a Happiness Journal from Kikki K last month and have started using it to do more of what makes me happy. One of the things it mentions, and which I love to do is walk everyday in nature. I like to walk a different way everyday and take these moments to just be mindful and observe my surroundings without distractions…notice the little pretty details. Just walking in the breeze and through the trees clears my mind and takes me away from daily activities…providing new inspiration and a feeling of being refreshed. I find even just 15 minutes makes a difference.
The start of this year has been full of big changes. I decided to pack up my things and leave Sydney, coming back up to live in Brisbane. After a busy time it’s nice to have some quiet rest at home.
